Rates vary from GBP £600 -850 per week  $900 - 1450 per week including all taxes & cleaning fees.

Pool heat additional at £60 or $120/week.

10% deposit required. Balance required 10 weeks prior to arrival.

Cots can be hired out at £20/$40 per week, high chairs at £20/$40 per week and games consoles at £20/$40 per week.

Golf membership can be transferred to guests for a fee of $400, paid locally on arrival and includes 2 adults and 2 children. With this membership, you will only need to pay the small cart fee when you play. Please see the golf section for more information.

Methods of Payment

Preferred Payment is in US $ via creditcard or US Dollar check.

In both cases my property management company in the US will handle the transaction.

This is totally safe and reliable and full contact details will be issued and receipts provided if required.

If you are choosing to pay in £ sterling the following methods will be accepted and payment will be required within 30 days of the booking confirmation to avoid exchange rate disruptions.

• On-line banking transfer

Please ask to be quoted in US$ where possible and a current £GBP conversion can also be provided.
