Our villa is superbly located to allow you to enjoy a taste of all that Florida has to offer. There are many interesting and enjoyable activities available in the local area. Located just 90 minutes from Orlando and the Disney and Universal Studios theme parks and just over half an hour from Busch Gardens our villa is the perfect base for a family holiday.
Just five minutes drive from our community are a number of restaurants and bars for you to choose from. There is also a large supermarket and gas station.

Local Area......
For the shopaholics among you Ellenton Prime Outlets shopping mall is just five minutes drive from our villa. This superb collection of quality outlet stores includes Guess, Calvin Klein and DKNY to name just a few.
Boat Hire is available from many places in the area and is great fun for all. Sail out onto the Intercoastal waterway for the day and indulge in a spot of fishing and you may be lucky enough to meet the resident dolphins and manatees! We found a good quality hire store around 20 minutes drive from the villa at Siesta Key.
Anna Maria Island is well worth a visit with stunning white sand beaches and clear emerald ocean views. There is so much to do here, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Spend some time on the beach and enjoying the spectacular sunset before enjoying a cool cocktail at one of the many beachfront bars.

No family trip to the sunshine state would be complete without a trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa or to Orlando and its awesome theme parks, only 90 minutes drive from our villa.

Bush Gardens
You’ll spend very little time standing still at Busch Gardens theme park, Florida. We’re mostly about movement, most of it several hundred feet up in the air, extremely fast, and upside down. But not all the attractions are roller coasters. There’s movement of a different kind in the African dances, and the off-road safari. And not forgetting Busch Garden's residents. There are more than two thousand exotic animals to see.
